Community Allies

As part of YES!’s goal for strengthening intercultural dialogue in Portland, YES! has teamed up with a variety of local organizations in order to make this program as successful as possible.

Mayo Street Arts is providing space for both 2012 sessions of the program. Get more information about our host institution here.

The Somali Culture and Development Association is acting as outreach liaison to the Somali community in Portland and is also acting as YES!’s nonprofit fiscal partner.

Local Sprouts and Portland’s Community Building Collaborative (hosted by the Meg Perry Center) are teaming up to provide healthy, halal lunches for the girls participating in the YES! program.
